Booking & Arrival

Customers are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their booking time. Failure to do so may result in a shortened gaming session without compensation.

Food and Beverages

No open containers are allowed in the vicinity of PCs, gaming consoles, or XR headsets to avoid potential damage to the equipment.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund up to 2 hours prior to their booking. Refunds will not be granted to customers who fail to notify Glitch Esports within this timeframe.

 Identification will be requested from individuals participating in age-restricted games. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide valid identification upon request.

Identification and Age Verification

Photography and Media

Customers acknowledge and agree that photographs may be taken by staff during their visit. These images may be used for promotional or security purposes.


Customers are expected to maintain a respectful and sportsmanlike behaviour while using the facilities. Glitch Esports reserves the right to remove individuals who exhibit inappropriate behaviour.


Customers assume full responsibility for their actions and any damages caused to the equipment or facilities during their visit.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Glitch Esports reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By proceeding with the booking, customers agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.
