REFUND POLICY

At GLITCH ESPORTS, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary for bookings. Please read our legal disclaimer regarding refunds below.

To receive a full refund, all booking cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours before the booking is due to commence. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after this time. For large bookings or event hire, we require at least two months' notice of cancellation to receive a full refund. We strive to provide you with the best service possible and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

At GLITCH ESPORTS, we understand that refunds can be a hassle and we want to make the process as easy and simple as possible. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
